Authenticate

As users log onto the device via the authentication module, they will get immediate access to their personalized scan menu and the user name will appear on the display of the MFP. The authentication module also allows for users to easily scan to a home directory and browse through it. Authentication is possible via Active Directory connection or the creation of a local user in ScanFlowStore. Another option for authentication is the external authentication like Equitrac, SafeCom or Xerox Secure Access.

Personalized Templates
Allows for personalized scan menus based on a unique User ID or Name/Password. As a user logs onto the Xerox device, the credentials will be validated after which the user name and a personalized scan menu will appear. Giving greater control and security to scan destinations

External authentication integrations:

	Xerox secure Access Xerox Secure Access and ScanFlowStore is a powerful combination that gives users a personalized scan experience at the Xerox MFP.
